Being a Sponsor for Race for the primates means:
1. Excellent reach and visibility at low cost.
- Sponsor button click-through rates average well above the industry average of less than 0.5%.
- Sponsors appear on the Race page in a highly visible location.
- Cost of sponsorship is $2 per 1,000 unique visitors per day. The minimum contribution is $1000.
- To donate less than $1000, click here to give directly to the Jane Goodall Institute.
2. A donation to a good cause! A few Chimpanzee facts:
- Friendly physical contact is crucial in maintaining good relationships among
chimpanzees. For this reason, social grooming is probably the most important
social behavior, serving to sustain or improve friendships within the
community and to calm nervous or tense individuals.
- One of the first and most significant
discoveries made by Jane Goodall was
that chimpanzees hunt for and eat meat.
- Recent figures indicate
that fewer than 150,000 chimpanzees -
our closest living relatives in the animal
kingdom - remain in the African
wilderness, where one to two million
lived in the year 1900.
3. Generating tremendous goodwill among potential customers.
